As I writing this lines something strage is occuring. I’m obsessed around everything retalted to mental health. During the years of 2014 and 2015 I began to feel often very low on engergy and motivation. Often it came in stages for multiple weeks or even months. Even stranger was that as apruptly MY PERSONAL BLACK DOG began to grow, evenly fast the black days turnd into phases of hyper activity, energy overflow and almost excessiv endurance practicing.
I had a delicious breakfast,listened to good music,
did my back exercises, prepared my desktop ...
