Great explanation on Depression by the WHO

As I writing this lines something strage is occuring. I’m obsessed around everything retalted to mental health. During the years of 2014 and 2015 I began to feel often very low on engergy and motivation. Often it came in stages for multiple weeks or even months. Even stranger was that as apruptly MY PERSONAL BLACK DOG began to grow, evenly fast the black days turnd into phases of hyper activity, energy overflow and almost excessiv endurance practicing.

The best project you will ever work on = YOURSELF

I’m on fire. Something happens inside of me right now. It’s like getting a direct feedback from my brain and body in form of endorphin rushes that I’m on the right way to live the life I truly want. To invest the biggest asset in life, time exactly in those things which are the most important for me.

I was blind but now I can see 😃
The exchange Time = Money no longer works the same way for me that it did before I recognized this big mindshift. There have been multiple extrinsic and intrinsic motivations for me to reach this point.
The biggest event in my life was the birth of my son Léon. As every parent knows, real unconditional love is the biggest feeling you can experience. It changed my world in a fundamental way and I will never be the same person as I was before. It showed me for example the concept of livelong learning, letting go, learning while playing, real values in life an so much more.
To be honest being a parent is of course not only äs zuckerschläcke, for example the moments you reach your knowledge and need to believe in your natural gut feelings, a skill most people forgot, because we weren’t taught to act this way from our parents, neither in school or by our friends.
We life in a world full of opportunities and everyone who’s interestet for the mindshift of a lifetime can start it right away, right now just by cultivating a mindset which

Quotes:

Chris Gardner: Hey. Don’t ever let somebody tell you you can’t do something. Not even me. All right?
Christopher: All right
Chris Gardner: You got a dream… You gotta protect it. People can’t do somethin’ themselves, they wanna tell you you can’t do it. If you want somethin’, go get it. Period.

Chris Gardner: This part of my life… this little part…. is called “Happiness”

Christopher: Hey dad, you wanna hear something funny? There was a man who was drowning, and a boat came, and the man on the boat said “Do you need help?” and the man said “God will save me”. Then another boat came and he tried to help him, but he said “God will save me”, then he drowned and went to Heaven. Then the man told God, “God, why didn’t you save me?” and God said “I sent you two boats, you dummy!”

Youtube Description:

Nick talks about the importance of parenting in early childhood and it’s significance in overcoming hopelessness. Willpower is a driving force for making our big dreams come true, but if we don’t get a miracle in life, we can always be a miracle to someone else.

Nick Vujicic was born in Australia to a Serbian immigrant family, with a rare disorder characterized by the absence of all four limbs. Most of his childhood he struggled with depression, and after a suicide attempt he decided to concentrate on what he did have instead on what he didn’t. He realized that his life story inspires many people.
